Diane is an alumnus of the Toronto School of Business, where she graduated with honours and earned her credentials in both the Legal Assistant and Law Clerk programs.

From a young age, Diane knew that the path she was destined to walk would involve the law. Her career initially began in the area of immigration law, where she worked at a Toronto based firm for a few years before transitioning into a Document Specialist role at a well-known downtown Toronto firm. Her technical skills, honed during her time as Supervisor/Team Leader within the same firm, served her well across all areas of law.

After many years downtown, Diane knew it was time to make a change. Since returning home to Durham Region and joining JNS Law, Diane has spent the last fourteen years cultivating her drafting skills, regularly preparing Wills, Powers of Attorney, and trust documents. In addition to her clerking role, Diane is also the JNS Law’s office manager, keeping the practice moving like a well-oiled machine. 

Diane is passionate about her role in helping people develop an estate plan they can feel confident in and takes great pride in ensuring that families endure the least amount of stress possible during the hardest and most emotional periods of their lives.

Outside of the office, Diane enjoys spending time with her family and catching up with her friends. An avid sports fan, she can often be found at professional sporting events of all kinds and eagerly awaits the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
